Welcome to well-being club
Well-being has a profound effect on children’s development. When children’s well-being is right, it supports their ability to learn and grow, whether it's setting the right environment, encouraging healthy eating or getting children active, it all has an impact!
In well-being club, we will be exploring relaxation techniques through yoga and mindfulness colouring activities.
We will also be creating a calming environment where creativity is encouraged.
The children will also have the opportunity to talk about what makes them happy and healthy whilst exploring different emotions.
